FINDING BALANCE IN LIFE
Whether your search for support is prompted by a serious health condition abruptly effecting your life or you simply desire a change in your lifestyle, finding the right people to assist you can be challenging and stressful for both you and your family. However, the earlier you assess your current needs and how those needs may change over time, the more choices and control you will have over every decision. You will also save your family the heartache and worry of having to make quick decisions with little insight.
As we age, we go through many transitions in life: change in health status, Special needs child now an adult, loss of a loved one, retirement, critical accident, and/or loss of independence and identity. These transitions often cause us to feel depressed, anxious, withdrawn, and unable or unwilling to do or try to do the things we used to enjoy. CLM will help find peace and balance in this new ‘normal’.
Craft LifeStyle Management (CLM) will ease the load and help you to regain a sense of peace and Balance… Self * Surroundings * Spirit. We provide transition and placement services, as well as service coordination. It’s important for you to consider all of your options when transitioning to a new living arrangement. CLM wants to help you obtain all relevant information to determine eligible benefits for your future – financially, physically, and emotionally.
